Technical Certifications - CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, AVSP. What do they mean and why does it matter? InfoComm is the AV trade association responsible for setting the standards for education and certification. We’re not the only ones with these certifications, which is great. But do make sure the company you choose has them.

Certified Programmers On Staff - Many companies outsource the programming needed to      provide user friendly control of you’re A/V system. We don’t. TI has dedicated programmers on staff that not only will be familiar with the code initially written for your system, but will also be able to respond quickly when adjustments need to be made.
